RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you find delights with your order.  However, if you are not absolutely satisfied with your products purchased from Sura Moja online, you may return any item in its original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days from delivery (except in the case of damaged and faulty items - see below).  Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are on top of any rights or redress you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

If you made your purchase through a stockist retailer, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.  

On the other hand, if you have purchased products on the Sura Moja website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and not directly to the retail location.  Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.

Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products, Sura Moja cannot accept returns on any used or opened items. 

All refunds and exchanges can take up to 14 business days to be processed after we receive your return. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.

Any purchase that is cancelled and refunded, requires the customer to return the purchase including the free of charge item(s).  Partial cancelled and refunded purchases, require the customer to return the partial cancelled purchase including the free of charge item(s) if the final purchase amount is below the offer qualifier.

An exchange can be made for an item of same or lower value.  Customer will need to specify the item that they wish to exchange for when returning the product.

Return to Sender – if your order has been returned to us, we will email you to confirm your address details. Do allow up to 10 business days for your order to be redelivered.  Please include Business Name if your shipping address is a place of business for a flawless delivery.

RETRUNS

Sura Moja will accept returns if incorrect or damaged product have been sent.

All you need to do is provide us with proof of purchase and email a photo of the goods to info@suramoja.com.au.  Our customer service team member will contact you.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered stockist location. 

Sura Moja does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.  Sura Moja is not responsible for return of shipments and reimbursement of any missing packages or damaged products.  Any enquiry about tracking of a parcel that has not arrived, you must do so within 21 days of placing your order.  As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

 

All orders require a signature upon delivery.  If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery.  To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden' at the address. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given.  However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

PAYMENT

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

Standard free delivery in Australia takes 3 to 10 business days and express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.  When you place an order you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment has been processed.  You will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress.  In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.

 

We are experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19 but can assure you that our team and distribution partners are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  You’ll receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way.  At this stage a delivery time of up to 10 business days is likely - however, please be aware that further delays of a few business days are possible with Australia Post. as the situation is rapidly changing, we will be sure to keep you up-to-date.  We committed to resolve this issue, really appreciate you digging in here and thank you for bearing with us.

 

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  

 

If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail (sales@suramoja.com) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods.  You must include your original order number, with your name and address.

 

It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.

 

We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us. However, if the problem with the product was a major failure, you can choose whether to receive a refund or a replacement, or ask for compensation for any drop in value of the product.

 

Change of Mind: Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind about a purchase unless the product is unused, sealed condition.  Please email your request to return your product to info@suramoja.com and we will send an address for you to send your unopened product(s) to us.  We must receive returned product(s) within 14 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation.  Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITION

Customers can sign up to receive a regular supply of Products automatically delivered every 30, 60 or 90 days, as chosen by the customer.

Customers are eligible for a 10% discount when subscribing to any full price single product.

Subscriptions are billed and delivered automatically at the chosen frequency and relevant to the original order date on a recurring basis.

Each payment is automatically billed to the customer's nominated credit card prior to delivery of the relevant Products.

Only one payment method may be used against all subscriptions in a customer's account.

Subscriptions may be adjusted, on hold or cancel at any time.

No other offer, discount or promotion is valid when subscribing.

We currently offer credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) and PayPal as payment methods to purchase Subscription products.

If an order fails to capture payment, or the credit card is declined - an email will be sent out notifying the customer.  Every 3 days we will attempt to debit the payment details linked to your Subscription.  After three unsuccessful attempts, we will cancel your subscription.  Customers will only be notified of the failed payments on the first and last attempt.  Failure to pay the fee after this period, Sura Moja may treat this as your giving notice of termination and will cancel the subscription.

Should you choose to change your plan type, the calculated fee will be adjusted in accordance to new plan selected.

Sura Moja reserves the right to terminate the subscription plan if any attempts in tampering with the subscription process.  Tampering includes and not limit to the use of methods, techniques designed to avoid payment of the fees owing to the subscription.

Employees of Sura Moja and their immediate family members are not eligible to redeem this subscription offer.
 

If for any reason this subscription is not accomplished as planned, caused by unauthorised intervention, computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraudulent means via software interference, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sura Moja which corrupt or affect the administration, security, and integrity of the subscription, Sura Moja reserves all rights in its sole discretion to modify the subscription plan.

Sura Moja accepts subscription returns provided they meet the requirements of our returns policy.

By consenting to Sura Moja SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sura Moja through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.  Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology.  Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).  Promotional messages may include specials, promotions, other offers (e.g., cart reminders).

 

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sura Moja.  Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

 

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.  Message frequency varies.  Message and data rates may apply.  Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.  You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
